Skytrack Hot Water Update
The gas lines by the boiler have been updated and mended by B&D Plumbing for heating water in all buildings. National Grid has been informed that the work was completed mid-afternoon today. National Grid is being extremely slow in responding to our completion. They are unwilling to send a team over until the end of the week or later to turn the gas back on that they turned off. B&D Plumbing, EMHolding and the Board of Managers have been contacting National Grid to plead with them and to speed them up. Please contact EMHolding if you have any contacts at National Grid who might help us turn the gas back on.
NO HOT WATER
National Grid found a gas leak in the line that goes to the Boiler. It has been shut off. Our plumber is quickly trying to get a permit from the City today to allow the repair. If he cannot, the repair will have to be postponed until Monday. That would mean no hot water over the weekend.
We will advise you when we know.
