Due to plumbing work in Unit 3N, the Condo’s water may have to be shut off from 10:00 AM until about 1:00 PM on 3/5/21.

When cleaning up holiday decorations, please ensure to sweep up all needles that may drop. Trees can be placed on the Dean Street side of 120 Boerum on Sunday night. NYC Sanitation will begin pick up Christmas tress beginning Monday Jan 4, or trees can be brought to “mulch fest” locations. See below websites for additional info.

Due to a leak in a unit at 120 Boerum, the Condo water had to be shut off at approximately 1:55 PM Tuesday 10/27. We will keep you updated here as to when it will be restored.
Please note that this leak is entirely unrelated to the leak that occurred a few weeks ago.
Reminder that the front door locks at 134 Boerum and 15 Bergen will be changed over after 8:00 pm today. The roof door locks will also be changed, so that going forward the same key will open all the front doors as well as the roof doors throughout the condo. Please make sure to use your new keys that have been provided to you. Thank you.
