NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

The Annual Meeting of the Skytrack Condominium will take place on
Tuesday, June 18 at 8 PM
at the Brooklyn Heights
Montessori School
(entrance on Bergen St., at Court St.)

If you are unable to attend, please designate a proxy so that we have adequate representation at the meeting. Proxy Forms will be distributed to each Unit.

Note that multiple Board Member terms expire this year, and their seats are up for election. All owners are invited to run for available seats. We will vote at the meeting.

Annual Meeting – June 18, 2019 at 8 PM

The Annual Meeting for 2019 will start at 8 PM on Tuesday, June 18th at the Brooklyn Heights Montessori School. At the meeting we will vote on multiple Board seats — all owners are encouraged to run for available spots. Formal notice written notice has been distributed.

Hot Water Problem – Resolved

The boiler company has fixed the issue with the boiler and hot water was restored by 2 PM on May 9th.

Hot Water Shut Off Thurs 4/25

To repair a minor leak in the boiler room, the hot water will need to be turned off on Thursday 4/25 from 10 am to approximately 2PM. Cold water is not expected to be affected.

Update – No water on Monday 3/18

UPDATE — the pipe repair currently under way ended up requiring all of the Condo water to be shut off. The cold water should be back on by 12:30 PM. The hot water will be back later in the afternoon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Water Shut Off – Tuesday Jan 22

Due to necessary plumbing work in Unit 1A at 120 Boerum Pl, water throughout the buildings will be shut off between 10 AM and 1 PM on Tuesday, January 22. Please contact EM Holdings or the Super with any questions or concerns. Thank you.
