Annual Meeting – June 7

The 2022 Annual Meeting will take place via Zoom on Tuesday June 7, 2022 at 8:00 PM. Advanced registration is required. Please: Click here to register for the 2022 Annual Meeting

After you register, you will receive an email containing instructions to join the meeting by video or telephone. The meeting will commence at 8 PM, and the video/teleconference line will open at 7:45 PM.

If you might not be able to attend, please designate a proxy to appear on your behalf, by filling out the Annual Meeting Proxy Form by clicking here.

Three Board positions will be up for election, and all owners are encouraged to run. Please let EM Holdings know if you are interested in joining the Board.

Garage work complete

Update — garage work completed and garage is again accessible.

Due to necessary repairs to the garage door, the garage will be inaccessible tomorrow, Thursday May 12, from approximately 9 AM to approximately 1 PM. Please contact EM Holding or Val with questions or for additional information.

Heating System Repaired

The circulation pumps have been repaired. Please note that the heating system automatically stops circulating heating water when outdoor temperatures reach above a certain temperature, so you may notice that hot water is not circulating in your radiators at all times, especially during the season “shoulder” months that we are now entering.

Heating System Down

The pumps that circulate the heating water failed. Technicians have been notified.

Mask Policy Survey

Dear Skytrack Community,

The Board has been discussing the existing policy which requires everyone to wear masks in Common Areas. Effective immediately, please be advised that masks are no longer required to be worn in exterior Common Areas (i.e., the Common Area roof or the track). We are considering changing the policy to make mask wearing optional in interior Common Areas (i.e. building vestibules, hallways, package room, etc.). While we consider this, we are interested in hearing Owners’ thoughts on this issue. Face Masks No Longer Required Outside

Effective immediately, please be advised that masks are no longer required to be worn in exterior Common Areas (i.e., the Common Area roof or the track).

Help our neighbors at 35 Dean St.

They cannot return to their apartments. They need help.

Our councilman, Lincoln Restler, started a Go Fund Me campaign to help.

Fire Next Door

As you may be aware there is a significant (currently “4 alarm”) fire burning at the former NYSC tennis bubble building. Please ensure all widows are shut at Skytrack in the hopes of limiting smoke getting in to our building.

Cooking Gas Work Completed Successfully

Please contact the Super if you have any issues. Thank you.

Reminder: Gas used for cooking and clothes dryers will be shut off on Tuesday, Feb. 15, from 9:30 AM to about 3:00 PM. If afterwards, you smell gas in your unit, call the Super immediately.

While the work is being done, there will be no gas to any units in the buildings – meaning no stoves can be used and if you have a gas dryer – it will not be able to be used.
