The meeting convened at 7:30 pm and was adjourned at 9:30 pm.
Superintendent’s Report:
- A section of the roof was patched at 134 Boerum Place.
- The boiler pump exchange/rebuild process has begun.
- The board voted to replace the newly-installed concrete sidewalk with the exact pavers used at the Dean Street entry of 120 Boerum Place. The order of install will be as follows: 134 Boerum Place, 15 Bergen Street, then 120 Boerum Place. The goal is to complete this work by mid-June.
- Carpet tiles in 120 Boerum Place have been shampooed.
Financials:
- All financials were reviewed and are in order, aside from the common charges for one unit and one parking space. The owner has been notified.
New Business:
- The board approved light maintenance to be conducted on back side of the roof cornice at 134 Boerum Place.
- The owner of a unit at 134 Boerum Place has asked the board about the addition of a water line to service the roof, for planting purposes. The board has asked the owner to proceed with scoping the project, and will review a proposal once one is presented.
- The next board meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 30th, 2015.
- The ANNUAL OWNERS MEETING has been scheduled for Monday, June 15th, 2015. The board is seeking nominations (self-nominations are fine) to fill 2 board positions that are becoming available this term. Five terms on the board are expiring and of those seats, at least two incumbents will not be running again.
PLEASE NOTE:
- As the weather improves, more of you will enjoy the Skytrack walking track. PLEASE be considerate to your neighbors who live in apartments adjacent to the track, so that you or your guests do not unduly disturb them. Quiet time begins at 11pm. If you are an owner with tenants living in your condo, please advise them of the building’s rules for use of the Skytracks common areas.
