I. Maintenance
– The boiler’s Heat Timer computer was adjusted in response to a low-heating complaint.
– No other major repairs to report
– The banister was fixed, and the hallways were painted at 134 Boerum Place. New carpets and entrance tiles will follow.
– The corridor of the first floor of 120 Boerum Place will be repainted, and new carpet tiles will be laid.
– The brick on the ground outside the Dean Street exit will be replaced with paving stones that have a “brick” look.
– Several decks will be replaced beginning in the last week of March.
II. Financials
– The financial situation of Skytrack Condo was reviewed and continues to be in order.
– Several units underpaid their Common Charge bills in January and February, because they didn’t notice the 3% increase. The late charge on the small underpayments will be waived for those two months. If you pay by automatic bank transfers, please update the amount.
III. New Business
– Matthew, who has been doing a wonderful job sprucing up our grounds, is planning to replace some plants with new varieties that may thrive better under our conditions.
