Maintenance
The first floor hallway in 120 Boerum place is being painted using two of the upstairs hallways’ colors. It cannot match the second and third floors exactly, because of the first floor’s chair rail and resulting two color scheme. The painters have also repainted the front lobby of 120 Boerum. The Dean Street entrance brick walk has been replaced with brick colored paving stones.
In 134 Boerum Place, the selection of wall sconces and flooring material is still in progress. Emergency lights will be installed in 134 Boerum Pl. as well as in 15 Bergen St.
The first of several deck replacements has begun. As previously approved, the garage roof will be repaired. A possible squirrel problem is being addressed in 15 Bergen Street.
Financials
The financials are in order.
A venue and date are being explored for the annual June meeting and will be announced when they are determined. We hope to reach a quorum this year with less difficulty than last year.
