  • There is an ongoing issue with USPS and the mail keys at 15 Bergen. Solutions are being investigated.
  • Stained or damaged ceiling tiles will be replaced throughout all buildings.
  • There was a leak in one of the units in 134 Boerum. The cause is being investigated.
  • The track will be inspected soon to see if it needs repair and/or repainting.

Financials:

  • The real estate tax assessment has been lowered following the annual filing of protest. There will be a refund given to all residential units and taxes will be slightly lowered going forward. The amount has not yet been determined.
  • The financial statement was reviewed. Everything is in good order except for some arrears of certain units.

New Business:

  • Peter Levy (President), Katharine Mukherji (Vice President) and Matthew Pilkington (Treasurer) volunteered to remain in their positions. We are holding off on voting for a new Secretary in the fall as Levi McConnell and Andrew Kurland were not in attendance.
  • Replacement of the ceiling tiles in the lobby of 120 Boerum is being estimated.
  • 120 Boerum lobby is in need of a renovation. A committee is being formed. Please email Hannah Berkin-Harper hberkinharper@gmail.com if you would like to serve on this committee.
