Board Members Present: Peter Levy, Pres.; Katharine Flanders Mukherji, V.P.; Hannah Matthew Pilkington, Treas.; Michael Tedesco; Andrew Kurland. Also in attendance: José Perez, Superintendant; Elia Malara, Managing Agent.
The meeting convened at 7:30 pm and was adjourned at 9:00 pm.
Superintendent’s Report:
- Work at 134 Boerum Place continues, addressing some damage from a leak in a common area neighboring unit.
- Roof work for 134 Boerum Place is currently being estimated.
- Carpet tiles have been re-glued in hallways, lights were replaced, and general maintenance has been conducted as normal.
New Business:
- Matthew Pilkington has volunteered to serve as the Condo Board Treasurer, and Levi McConnell has accepted another year term as Condo Board Secretary.
- The board has been presented with an estimate to install the hot water pump. Additional quotes are being obtained from service vendors.
- The open/close controls for the garage will be examined, as the switch has been reported as malfunctioning.
- The next board meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 22nd, at 7:30pm.
Financials:
- The financial statement was reviewed. Everything is in good standing.
