To ensure that we are prepared for the change of seasons, the annual inspection and maintenance of the heating system will take place next Tuesday, September 26. There will be no hot water that day between between 9 AM – 4 PM. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Leaf and yard waste that won’t fit in your organics bin may be placed at the curb in open, unlined containers or in paper lawn & leaf bags. Do NOT set out yard waste in plastic bags.

Brooklyn and Queens: No tree branches or firewood more than a half-inch in diameter, due to Asian Longhorned Beetle quarantine. Call 311 or schedule an appointment with the NYC Parks Department to dispose of wood debris.

We want to inform you starting on Tuesday August 1, 2017 the new cement floor in the Dean Street lobby will be polished.
Everyone will have to use the main entrance at 120 Boerum Place to enter and leave the building.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
The concrete inside the entrance will be polished on Wednesday, Aug. 2. The floor cannot be walked on until 4 PM Friday, Aug. 4.
The Condo is in the process of painting all the iron work on the track, patios and decks. Anything attached to the blue iron work around your deck or patio, such as fences, flower pots, etc., must be removed by you before your scheduled painting date so that the workers can paint the blue iron work without any obstructions. As the owner, it is your responsibility to remove any of these items. This work will start on July 17, 2017 weather permitting.
The attached schedule is an approximate schedule of the dates work will be done on each apartment. Please keep in mind this schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions and the progress of work completion.
If you are a renter, this notice has been sent to the owner of your apartment notifying them of this work. You should call your landlord to find out how they will be taking care of removal of items on your deck or patio.

Due to a leak in Unit 3R, the Condo.’s water has been shut off so repairs can be made.
The buildings’ water has been shut off so that a leak in a unit in 15 Bergen can be repaired. Water will be restored as soon as the emergency fix is complete, which should be before 5 PM. Please ensure all taps remain closed.
