The meeting convened at 7:30 pm and was adjourned at 9:00 pm.
Superintendent’s Report:
- A door to the boiler has been installed under the Dean street hatch.
- The boiler pump was inspected in efforts to quiet its operation until we experience a few consecutive days above 40 degrees. Once that occurs, the process of exchanging for a new one will begin.
- Work is planned to commence in April on the replacement of the walkway bricks with typical sidewalk concrete at the entries of all of the buildings of the Skytrack complex.
- Carpet tiles throughout the buildings have been re-glued.
Financials:
- The monthly financial statement was reviewed and everything is in order.
New Business:
- The board has instituted a policy requiring board approval for any capital expenditure for improvement over $5,000.
- The next board meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 28th, 2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
- As the weather improves, more of you will enjoy the Skytrack walking track. PLEASE be considerate to your neighbors who live in apartments adjacent to the track, so that you or your guests do not unduly disturb them. Quiet time begins at 11pm. If you are an owner with tenants living in your condo, please advise them of the building’s rules for use of the Skytracks common areas.
- If you are renting your apartment out, please advise your tenants of the emergency/after-hours contact of your plumber.
- Bulk trash can be placed outside the 15 Bergen Street exit, on the curb ONLY on Sunday evenings after 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
