The boiler will need to be shut down this coming Monday, April 27th, so that an urgent repair to address a leak can take place. The repair is expected to take all day, and will commence in the morning at approximately 7:30 AM. During this time, there will be no heat or hot water in any of the buildings. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this necessary repair must be completed so that we have reliable heat and hot water going forward.
Composting to be Suspended
The New York City Department of Sanitation (DSNY) will temporarily suspend curbside composting service beginning on Monday May 4 until further notice. During this time, residents are asked to discard food scraps and yard waste with their trash. Residents with questions about their collection schedules should contact 311.
